is your service available all over the uk?
Absolutely! We are available anywhere in the UK, as long as it is easily accessible. Depending on the location, we would use different modes of transport however we will always try our best to accommodate everyones wishes and vision. We can even travel overseas too, but this is a speciality that we are more than happy to explore.
How much do your services cost?
That all depends. Prices will vary between each customer due to travel and accomodation needs, as well as any equipment transfers and extra hands we may have to involve, however we will always produce a fair and accurate quote dependant of the services needed, with a full breakdown of individual costs.
Do you have an operators id, flyer id and insurance?
Yes. We abide by all UK Laws and byelaws, and have everything ready to go. We will always keep this up to date and will continue to expand in this area too when needed. Please note, we will communicate and obtain permission to fly over private land depending on the enquiry and location. In failure to do so we legally cannot fly.
in cases where you cannot fly the drone, what happens?
Depending on the location and resources used, you may only recieve a partial refund due to our running costs. This will only be in extreme cases due to the weather or the refusal for CAA in specific areas needed to fly. We always aim to plan ahead as much as we can, however sometimes it is out of our hands.
is my footage exclusive?
Yes, however only if you want it to be. Our services differ, so creating your vision could mean that you just want the footage, or you could want it edited and presented by us. We will always ask permission from each customer if we can offer the footage created as royalty free videos. These will be all the free stock footage videos that we offer with paid content being from our personal collections.
